Tom has been working in the independent school sector for 35 years and is in his 18th year of Headship at Cottesmore School, on the border of Surrey and Sussex. His only other aspiration is to become a rock star and he hopes to pick up on this in retirement. He is in a rock band called The Replicant Saint who met at school. He would like to start a group made up of heads, but he can’t find a drummer. Tom’s wife wants him to get rid of some of his 24 guitars.
